Change is about culture. Many initiatives fail on the conference table and are often suppressed by arguments such as ‘We don’t have time for that’, ‘We’ve already tried something like that’ or ‘We don’t have the right people for that’.

Within an organization, two types of thinkers can be roughly distinguished: builders (how do we deal with today’s challenges?) and shapers (what challenges lie ahead?). Both types are needed in a team.

We help organizations prepare for transitions by providing and facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions. Creativity is a way to think about transitions together, making people feel more ownership and more likely to go along with change.
